We are happy to announce Healthspan+ can now accept payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). This means you can now use pre-tax dollars to pay for our premium healthcare services.
Why is this beneficial?

Which Healthspan+ services are eligible?
- All Healthspan+ services may be paid for with HSA/FSA funds.
- The key factor is that the services must be considered “qualified medical expenses“. Healthspan+ services, including diagnostics, health assessment programs, rehab therapy, strength training and recovery protocols qualify under this definition when prescribed by a healthcare provider.
- You’re eligible as a customer if a medical professional has advised you to take action for an illness or identified you as at risk based on your current health status. (This is a private matter between you and your doctor).
How do I use my HSA to pay for Healthspan services?
- Simply use your HSA debit card for payments. Alternatively, you can pay with any method you prefer and later withdraw funds from your account to reimburse yourself.
What kind of documentation do I need to submit for reimbursement?
- If you’re using FSA funds, you can always provide your employer with a receipt to be reimbursed or withdrawal of that amount. No documentation is needed when using an HSA debit card.
Can I use my HSA to pay for future appointments?
- Yes, you can! Your HSA debit card works like any other bank card, and we can even set up recurring payments for any of our services.
